Objective:This study aim to observe the clinical efficacy of oral Qingre Dehumidification Decoction combined with topical purslane lotion in the treatment of damp-heat eczema;to evaluate the lesion area,the severity of skin lesions and the degree of itching;to evaluate the safety of possible adverse events.Methods:1.By random number table method,93 cases of eczema of damp-heat type were divided into experimental group and control group according to the ratio of 2:1,of which 62 cases were in experimental group and 31 cases were in control group.92 cases were statistically analyzed,including 61 cases in the experimental group and 31 cases in the control group,after removing one case of abscission.2.Treatment method:The experimental group was treated with Qingre Dehumidification Decoction and washed with Portulaca oleracea lotion.The control group received Loratadine Tablets orally,if the skin exudates seriously,apply 3%boric acid lotion for cold and wet compress,if the lesion is scaly,crusted or hypertrophic,apply hydrocortisone butyrate cream.We regard two weeks as a course of treatment,and the treatment cycle is 3 courses of treatment(6 weeks).3.Observation method;Filling in the case report form for all patients at the initial diagnosis,1 week of treatment 2 weeks of treatment,4 weeks of treatment,and 6 weeks of treatment,recording the degree of itching,lesion area,lesion shape,tongue vein,defecation and adverse events4.Efficacy evaluation method:To judge the curative effect by referring to the Guiding Principles of Clinical Research on New Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Wet Sore.5.Safety evaluation method:Subjects in the experimental group were examined for blood routine,urine routine,liver function,and renal function before and after treatment.The occurrence of dizziness,headache,nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain and diarrhea during medication were all regarded as side effects.6.Statistical method:All data will be analyzed by using SPSS 20.0 software,and if P<0.05,it is considered statistically significant.Results:1.After one week of treatment,there were no significant differences in total score,itching degree,lesion area and lesion morphology between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).2.After 2 weeks of treatment,the total score and lesion area score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of pruritus and lesion morphology between the two groups(P>0.05)3.After 4 weeks of treatment,the four scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).4.After 6 weeks of treatment,the total score,lesion area and lesion morphology score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of pruritus between the two groups(P>0.05)5.After 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 93.4%in the experimental group and 77.4%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Qingre Dehumidifying Decoction combined with external Purslane lotion is effective in treating damp-heat eczema,which can effectively relieve itching and improve the severity of skin lesions.2.It is safe to take Qingre Dehumidification Decoction and Purslane lotion for the treatment of damp-heat eczema.
