Objective: Psoriasis is a genetically determined by multiple genes, multiple environmental factors to stimulate the immune abnormalities induced by chronic inflammatory proliferative skin disease, the pathological process is very complex, involving a number of cytokines and immune molecules to form a network of trend factor and its receptor in which a part is crucial. This paper aimed to investigate the UVB narrow-wave treatment instrument before and after treatment in patients with the list of nucleated cells chemotactic protein 4 (MCP-4) and chemokine receptor 6 (CCR6) expression levels, and to explore them in the pathogenesis of psoriasis may be to play a role.Materials and Methods: Patients with psoriasis vulgaris and normal individuals, 24 patients were collected at pre-treatment blood samples, to the sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in which MCP-4 levels to flow cytometry in which CCR6 in content.NB-UVB therapy: use of UV100L (TL01) (manufactured in Germany Silverman, wavelength 310-315nm, peak 311nm) for NB-UVB irradiation. For the first time to take the minimum effective dose amount of 0.3 J / cm2, each subsequent increase of 0.1 joules / cm2, the final dose of no more than 3 J / cm2, irradiation three times a week, with a total course of treatment an average of 36 times. During irradiation Zhu Huanzhe wear shading the eyes, to avoid injuring the eye. The course of treatment, there erythema + (3-7 days, pale or light brown, no tenderness without swelling) as the best response, there erythema + + (clear erythema, no edema without tenderness) should be to stop treatment, clinically by solar burns treatment. After 12 weeks of NB-UVB treatment, re-collected blood specimens in patients with psoriasis in which MCP-4, and CCR6 content, and to psoriasis severity PASI score standard score, analysis in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and with the normal population before and after MCP-4, and CCR6 levels of contrast, in order to statistically analyze the results of SPSS17.0 package. Results: 24 cases of psoriasis vulgaris in patients with serum MCP-4 level of 255.35±79.31pg / ml, normal control group, serum MCP-4 levels 32.43±10.41pg/ml, differences between the two groups was statistically significant (t =13.145, P﹤0.05) . The NB-UVB treatment of 12 weeks, in patients with psoriasis MCP-4 levels were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant 88.19±23.97 pg/ml (t = 9.229, P <0.05). 24 cases of psoriasis vulgaris in patients with CCR-6 (42.10±11.08)%, normal control group, CCR-6 levels in serum (11.03±1.01)%, differences between the two groups was statistically significant (t =13.02, P<0.05). The NB-UVB treatment of 12 weeks after CCR-6 in patients with psoriasis were no significantly decreased with (40.05±4.52)%, there was no statistically significant (t =1.43, P﹥0.05).Conclution: Through their corresponding chemokine receptors on a variety of cells such as lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, dendritic cells, such as the role of chemotaxis in a variety of diseases, the immune response and inflammation play an important role in injury . Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease, involving a number of cytokines and immune molecules. This experiment suggested that in patients with psoriasis vulgaris in the MCP-4 than normal high expression group, and varies with the disease may be related to the pathogenesis of psoriasis has a close relationship, prompting the psoriasis the occurrence and development can serve as a reference for changes in psoriasis condition. In addition, the PBMC peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris in T cell CCR6 expression was significantly higher than the normal population may be related to the pathogenesis of psoriasis has a close relationship, but it does not change with changes in the disease, it can not serve as psoriasis condition changes in a reference indicator.
