The extraction of the volatile components from cumin,Schisandra,nutmeg,villous amomum fruit,long pepper with supercritical CO2 was optimized by the orthogonal design and single-factor experiments in this paper. To summary the common technologies of CO2-SFE in the volatile components of fruit seed medical material ,providing research background of CO2-SFE in the promotion and application of Traditional Chinese Medicine The main contents includeing the following aspects:1 The best technology research of representing drugs The results show that the optimum extraction process of the cumin in CO2-SFE was carried out at 40℃for 2h under the pressure of 25 MPa . The gas chromatography - mass spectrometry GC-MS were used to analysis and identified 11 kinds of ingredients. The most optimum extraction condition of Schisandra was 50℃, 20 MPa for 1.5 hours.The 33 components were determined by GC-MS.The best processed conditions of extracting nutmeg as follows:the extract with supercritical C02 at 55℃for 1.5h,under 30 MPa, analyzed 24 kinds of ingredients with GC-MS.The optimum extraction process of the amomum fruit in CO2-SFE was carried out at 45℃for 1.5h under the pressure of 25 MPa . The 20 components were determined by GC-MS.The optimum extraction requirement of long pepper was 40℃, 30 MPa for 2 hours.The 24 components were determined by GC-MS. In contrast with steam distillation and recirculate extraetion,the supercritical CO2 extraction technology in the volatile components of fruit seeds herbs extract have an obviously advantage over the other two methods, applying to the extraction of medicinal fruit seeds.2 Summary commonness technique The optimum extraction was concluded when materials was treated for 1.5-2h at 20~30MPa , 40℃~55℃heating treatment.To sum up the above experiments, the super-critical fluid extraction technology possess the comprehensive applicability and superiority in the field of active constituent extraction in traditional Chinese medicine.It was shown that the following merits:the high performance,the low temperature and the economizing menstruum etc,and was worth generalization and application in the large-scale production of chinese herbal drugs.
