However, analyzing the research status and the status of basic level hospitals in China (especially the central and western regions primary hospital), the use of foreign RIS system or domestic large hospitals RIS system for basic level hospitals is not practical. And the article presents the hospital should combine with the specific conditions, through a simple way to achieve effective radiology informationization. And aiming at the actual situation of the basic level hospital, take the actual needs and status of the representative basic level hospital as the starting point, combine with the radiology workflow of the hospital the author work in and the needs of radiology information management, make full needs analysis and forward-looking considerations, use database language SQL Server 2000 and Microsoft Visual FoxPro 6.0 for the actual system development and research. And the article describes the design and implementation of the radiology information management system mainly from the system demand analysis, system module design, database design and application software and so on. According to the system's function, the article introduces the innovation of the system; and according to the system's test run results, puts up the systematic evaluation and prospects.
