Using epidemiological methods of investigation, observation in January 2009, 9-2010, attendance at the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University endoscopic Division, after gastroscopy and pathological examination confirmed 128 cases of gastric cancer patients. Chinese medical patients by collecting information, fill out the questionnaire of clinical cases, reference to the relevant diagnostic criteria, making diagnosis of TCM syndromes. And patients with gastric mirror Syndrome (tongue) was analyzed and compared, patients with gastric cancer observed the distribution of TCM to explore cancer patients and TCM TongueResults:In the 128 patients, there were the most people with deficiency of the spleen and stomach syndrome(56/128,43.8%), then the patients with blood deficiency 30/128,23.4%), blood stagnation of the stomach syndrome(14/12810.9%), Qi deficiency of stomach(12/128,9.4%), liver and stomach syndrome(10/128,7.8%) and the least patients with Phlegm stagnation(9/128,4.7%).In the patients with deficiency of the spleen and stomach syndrome, there were the most patients with pink tongue (57.5%),.In the patients with deficiency of Qi and blood stagnation of the stomach syndrome, there were the most patients with pink tongue (46.9%),In the patients with blood stagnation of the stomach syndrome, there were the most patients with and purple tongue (46.7%). In the patients with Qi deficiency of stomach, there were the most patients with red tongue (40.0%). In the patients with liver and stomach syndrome, there were the most patients with pink tongue (50.0%).Conclusion: In the patients with deficiency of the spleen and stomach syndrome, there were the most patients with pink tongue (57.5%),.In the patients with deficiency of Qi and blood stagnation of the stomach syndrome, there were the most patients with pink tongue (46.9%),In the patients with blood stagnation of the stomach syndrome, there were the most patients with and purple tongue (46.7%). Patients with gastric cancer in TCM syndrome differentiation to type up the spleen and stomach weakness, followed by deficiency of both qi and blood and blood stasis type of stomach meridian yin deficiency of stomach type, incoordination between liver and with phlegm stagnation type.2. Spleen and stomach type more common pale tongue, thin white or thin yellow coating; qi and blood deficiency type more common pale thin white tongue fur, blood stagnation in the stomach collaterals more common purple tongue, greasy or white slip coating; incoordination between liver and type more common pale tongue, thin white coating; phlegm stagnation type more common pale tongue, greasy coating.3. Common clinical manifestation of gastric cancer patients with epigastric fullness, epigastric pain, pay less, nausea, vomiting, emaciation, Shenpi fatigue, pale complexion or face Bai Shaohua so.
