Parametric Study Of The Efficacy And Mechanism Of The Song Yang Capsule On Acute Viral Myocarditis,

[Objective]:To develop an BALB/C mouse model of viral myocarditis (MC) and to observe the efficacy of Shensongyangxin Capsule.[Methods]:Sixty BALB/C mice were randomly divided into three groups, the treatment, the viral myocarditis and the control group. The mouse model were injected the CVB3 virus and treated with the Shensongyangxin Capsule. Executed the rats then checked the expression of IL-6 in the heart with immunohistochemical assay and pathology method.[Results] Pathologic changes were observed in the viral myocarditis and the treatment group. The changes were less in the treatment group. And the expression of IL-6 gene and IL-6 protein in the treatment group was reduced more than that in the viral myocarditis group.(P<0.05)[Conclusions]:With regulating the expression of IL-6, Shensongyangxin Capsule can strengthen mouse's anti virus ability and reduce the myocardial injury in acute virus myocarditis.
