Clinical Studies Of Total Knee Arthroplasty For Treatment Of Advanced Bone Arthritis

Objective:Evaluation of total knee replacement surface with Chinese medicine treatment of terminal serious Osteoarthritis clinical curative effect.Materials and Methods:From August 2008 to January 2010, Application of German LINK provided by the companyⅡprosthesis GEMINI treatment of advanced osteoarthritis of the knee, line 29 joint knee replacement surgery in 29 cases, 11 cases of male,18 female,aged 55-78 years, mean 62.3 years of age. Preoperative patients knee rating 16.86±4.29 points,the average score of the patients were followed-up knee surgery 89.69±1.73 points, the follow-up with knee with preoperative knee rating has significant difference (P < 0.01), Preoperative patients faourable functional 8.57±3.04 points, the average follow-up after scoring function 85.29±1.23 points at the end of the postoperative follow-up times, with preoperative with knee functional score with significant difference (P < 0.01).Conclusion: For patients with adanced osteoarthritis of the knee joint surface displacement, using TKA (knee) and follow-up with a knee operation significantly increased significantly, before easing the pain from knee flexion with knee, improved the scope of activities, increased the risk of knee stability. With a function after knee surgery, preoperative significantly increased significantly improved the ability to walk with knee.
