Before The Great Patriotic War The Soviet Far East Naval Construction And Its Significance

After collecting a large number of relevant information at home and abroad, this article uses dialectical materialism and historical materialism as the guide and combines history with other subjects, such as international relations, military science, geopolitics, plutonomy and the like, primarily studies and discusses the construction of the Soviet Far East Navy before the Great Patriotic War (1922-1941). Through studying the construction and the signification of the Soviet Far East Navy in this period, the author concludes some experiences that the contemporary Chinese naval construction should learn.During the period that the Entente Countries intervened Soviet Russia, the Far Eastern Republic was built according to Lenin'proposal. The Far Eastern Republic established the Navy, which played an active role in eradicating the White bandits. However, the Navy of the Far Eastern Republic was completely lost because of the destruction of the Japanese inter-ventionist troops. The Far Eastern Republic merged into Soviet Russia in December 1922. The construction of the Soviet Navy in the Far East area was begun in such a starting point.After the late 1920s, the international situation that Soviet Union was confronted in the Far East area is gradually strained, so a powerful Far East Navy needed to be built. The realization of the Soviet industrialization had provided the forceful guarantee to the construction of the Far East Navy of the Soviet Union on the material base.At the beginning of establishment, Soviet Union had started the exploration to the principles of the Navy construction, and several kinds of ideas had formed. Finally,"the small-scale naval theory"which according with the national conditions of the Soviet Union had formed on the basis of several kinds of ideas, this theory was used to guide the naval construction before World War II. The construction of Far East Navy in Soviet Union had experienced the restoring stage from 1922 to 1933 and consolidating and developing stage from 1932 to 1941. The late 1930s, the Soviet Union had successfully built a strong maritime defense force in the Far East.The construction of Soviet Far East Navy has very important significance: the navy had effectively guarded the security of the Far East border during the industrialization of the Soviet Union, actively participated in the fight of shattering Japanese Kwantung Army and liberating southern sakhalin in World War II, made a contribution to defeat Japanese imperialism and end the war early, accumulated experiences and trained talented person for the later construction of the Soviet Navy. The experience of the Soviet Far East construction was: constituting the correct principle for the navy construction on the basis of the national conditions, actively playing leader role of the Communist Party and the Communist Youth League, and mobilizing people to support the Navy's construction.
