Hou Wailu have a lot of Achievements in Chinese intellectual history and the study of social history. This paper attempts to Arguments of ancient Chinese society (slavery) and the feudal society of all forms of land to reveal his thoughts on the history of Chinese social history and contribution to the study. Arguments from the path of China's national origin and production way,from the relation between the sovereignty and legal rights and ownership, Hou Wailu consider that land ownership of the ancient Chinese society belong to the king or clan nobility, that land ownership of Chinese feudal society belong to the king. This referred to a general of study in the state-owned land about land ownership of the ancient and feudal Chinese society. In Chinese history, the social structure is different in different periods and state ownership of land also has different connotations. In ancient times, family of state-owned land under the regime of the clan system and social structure table. In feudal times, State-owned land to the emperor system and the regime headed by the landlord class structure phase table. This article sought in Arguments existed in Chinese history of land ownership, possession and use of the right, to reveal the profound impact of Chinese state-owned land on Chinese society and thought, reflecting the historical process of the growth of the Chinese,revealing the contribution of Hou Wailu on the Recent Research on the history and deep humanistic concern.
