With the development of Chinese economy and new media technologies) especially in the last century 90's, a large number of outstanding foreign works flow into China, Illustrations began to appear in a variety of ways in people's lives, In the U.S., illustration has become a very mature industry, covering several of fields. In Japan, excellent animation illustration has become a symbol of their nation; with a significant influence among the Asia even the whole world. In Korea, the game illustration has become a symbol, the rapid development and has a unique style. The face of huge market potential illustration, mixed face of China's market status of illustration, this paper analyzes the current international developments illustrator; illustrator proposed creation of emotion is an important factor.Advances in technology, computer technology created a huge impact illustration, hand illustration computer software to provide more convenient services, and more possibilities, on the other hand, people in the form of excessive focus on the neglect of illustration of emotional expression. This article, proceeding from our aesthetic standards, and emphasizing through analyzing aesthetic standards of different regions, nations and age groups reaches a conclusion that aesthetic standards are derived from our living experience and a further fact that emotion is common language of human beings.At length,this paper emphases from different living examples that illustration has integrated into everywhere of human daily lives,to influence,to satisfy people spiritual requirements and ultimately to obtain a result that emotion is an essential factor in creating illustrations.
