While the medieval European civilization inherited the classical civilization, it also connected to the modern culture; therefore. It played an important role on the world history, because many cultural achievements were came out from the Middle Ages and lasted until nowadays, and among these achievements, the emergence of the European medieval universities is the most brilliant thing. European medieval universities were developed from the monastery and bishop school which under the Christian Church, and grown up between the combat of Christian Church and the Secular regime, European universities were born in the Middle Ages and reached peak in the 13th century. During the 12th century, European mainland was Comprehensive revived in the area of Cultural and economic. The Christian Church was the master of medieval people's spiritual world, and regarded medieval universities as a place for training theological talents, apart from this, the Christian Church took medieval universities as the battle field which against the heresy. Therefore, the Christian Church was very concerned with the European medieval university education.The thesis is made up by the introduction and the body text.
