This thesis describes the development of Ulger, which is an oral performance art in Zhalute banner, and it analyzing the fracture and reconstruction, confrontation and transformation between this development process of Ulger, thus in order to discuss how the traditional is increasingly build as a modern cultural performance and under the tide of Renaissance of Traditional Culture, and to think logic of order and digestion,remodeling of significance of a suit of nation-state of state power in cultural reproduction process.This paper divided into three parts, including introduction, main body (four chapters) and conclusion.The introduction part include three aspects, including meaning of the topic, research survey and research methods.The chapter one:the background and the Artistic schools of Ulger. Firstly, it is an introduction of geography profiles in Zhalute banner.
