Study On The Archives Management Of Non-material Cultural Heritage

Intangible cultural heritage represents the development degree of Chinese civilization, it uses archives a carrier, then it can seek a long-term method which is beneficial to its own development. The non-material cultural heritage archives ask us to manage the non-material cultural heritage archives with theories of archives management. I try to explore with the achieves management of jiangxi nuo, and solve some difficult problems in collecting, arranging, using and cultivating. Finally realize economic value, social value and cultural value at the same time.This article divides into six parts. The first part describes the topic background and research value, reviewing the research history of academic, standing on the shoulders of predecessors to have a deeper understanding, and then points out the research contents and methods. The second part discusses the theory and practice of intangible cultural heritage protection in China. Starting from the debate about the contents of intangible cultural heritage, I analyze the legislative protection of intangible cultural heritage in our country, and summarize the achievements in non-material cultural heritage protection practice. The third part firstly summarize the definition of non-material cultural heritage archives, then introduce the concept of social memory, analyze advantage of non-material cultural heritage archives’ participation in social memory. And summarize the method of how to participate in social memory. The fourth part deepen understanding about the archives management of non-material cultural heritage, and elaborate the necessity and feasibility on the archives management of non-material cultural heritage. The fifth part offer the executive program, lay down the ground rules and point out the problem that should notice. In the sixth part, I carried on a exploration with the achieves management of jiangxi nuo by conducting a research about collecting, arranging, using and cultivating.
