On The Construction Of Cognitive Metaphor From The Perspective Of The Artistic Conception Of Poetry

Metaphor is the important focus of linguistics always. The scholars all around the world have been given it the research and got rich result. As the rising of the modern linguistics entitles the metaphor research a new angle. Metaphor has never been a kind of rhetoric method, but a tool of language use, even has been the cognitive and logical tool. The research of metaphor has broadened widely and became a part of human cognition and logics. Metaphor is often used in the poem and shoes its importance and value. The Chinese traditional poem holds a character is the beauty of prospect, equals to the appreciation function of poem, also the appeal and experience. So the principle of prospect is the highest principle of Chinese poem. Metaphor is an important way and method to construct the poem prospect and the essence of poem. The poem prospect is metaphorical.The poem prospect is a kind of special cognitive experience of poet, and the experience and cognition are metaphorical. The constructional course is the one of metaphor mapping, also the one of generating of conversational meaning. The metaphor constructional course of prospect needs many kinds of elements to support.Based on the analysis of traditional poems corpus, we discussed how the poet evaluate the recognition from the level of metaphor to the one of prospect by the way of combination of deduction and induction. Then we can get a cognitive mode from metaphor to poem prospect. The mode consists the metaphor concept theory as the basis theory, with the poem rhythm as presupposition, with the cognition of context as basis, with the combination of two input space of metaphor as the core, and mixes some other elementsMetaphor is not the only way to produce poem by the poet. But the metaphor, especially the poem metaphor is the way for the poet to experience the world better, and express themselves, also the useful way for them to write poem. The poet constructs the prospect beauty on the base of metaphor for the traditional poem and shows us the appreciation surge and hope. So we can see that metaphor is the best cognitive way to know the world for the poet, and comes the best expression result.
