Six Decades The Film Adaptation Of Literature As A Whole Comb Of New China And Its Laws Study

From the founding of the PRC in 1949 to now, the filmbusiness changes with Chinas national conditions.In these 60 years, the Chinese moviedom appeared numbers of films which on the basis of adaptation of literature, and the relationship between film and literature can not be divided. We are so proud of that many of these adapted films become classical.So, how many adapted films from literature are there in Chinese moviedom in these 60 years? What are the reasons that make them to become classical? All of these questions that we will concert in this paper. Therefore, first, I will introduce adapted film from literature in four different times, and then compare the differences between the literature articale and the film. In the end, I will talk about the status and influences about the adapted films. I will analyze personally about the special phenomenon and events in every time, for example, films to celebrate tenth anniversary of the founding of the PRC;"Shinning Red Star"and"Hai Xia"in Cultural Revolution; fifth-generation director and"the year of Wang Shuo";Zhang Yimou and his film. Conclude the experience of these 60 years, how the adapted films from literature will develop in next 60 years? How to absorb the essences from the Chinese literature which can provide better materials for film creation? I hope this paper can be helpful to the future development of Chinese film.
