The core of economic ethics is the ethics of economic systems. The main reason for many economic ethics problems comes from the discoordination between the requirements of socialist market economy system and the fact of economic ethics. Due to its characteristic of both suitable and surpassing, the rebuilt of the new economic ethics systems should not only adjust to the requirement of socialist market economy system, but also should surpass its limitations.
