Network Of Ethical Research

With the rapid development and wide use of the technology ofinformation and network, Human beings are gradually transforming from anindustrialized society into an information society. The technology of information and network gives an impulse to the human society~which isstronger than of any other technological revolution in history,It willradically change the ways we work, produce,Live and study.But every coin has two sides. On one hand,It can thedevelopment of the society in respective aspect such as economy,culture,science, technology,education and polities,etc,on the other hand, it alsocauses some social problems, This paper aims to discuss and study the ethicaland moral caused by the devlpmetn and use of the technology ofinformation and network.Netethics,the moral standards by which people communicate in thenetwork,forms in the eyberspace and is different from traditional ethics.Thereford, expfloring and defining the scienfic system of netethics. On thebasis of combining network knowledge whith the theory of ethics.It can notonly meet the urgent needs of the construction of network morals,but lay thetheoretical foundation on which ethics will gradually adapt to the informationsociety. In this paper,the author puts forward some solutions to variousnetwork moral problems as well as summarizes the characteristics andtendency of network morals.
