Feng Yuxiang's aides and staff group was an important soldier's aides and staff group in the period of the Republic of China.Having many members and existing for a long time,the group had four development stages on the whole.It can be divided into two types:one for military affairs and the other for government affairs.Contrasting with othˉer aides and staff groups,especially Chiang Kai-shek's aides and staff group,it had more complex composition,greater mobility and a more outstanding military function.Moreˉover,the violence of its breakup was quite rare in the period of the Republic of China.Beˉcause of its complex composition,the aides and staff could help Feng Yuxiang to achieve temporary military triumph,enlighten him to progress in politics and to think constantly and finally turn him into a firm democratic fighter.Meanwhile,the negative influence of the aides and staff not only led to his ultimate military failure,but also made it more torˉtuous for him to progress in politics and transform in thinking.
