We probes into the the rules of adjectival adverbial directions combining syntax with semantics. Those are practical ways of the thesis:on the basis of the definition on the concept of æ¹irection?directional research scope and its criteria,we study adjectival adverbial directions in the chief sentence pattern of æ˜5+A+VP+N0?which can show the complicated syntax-semantic relation of æ‚攊n the sentence pattern. We conclude the rules of adjectival adverbial directions according to semantics type of syntax compositions and transformation of æ‚æ•€position. We also discuss the rule of the phenomena of adjectival adverbial directions:multilateral direction. We give the definition on the concept of æ¹irectionæ”nd æosition? The direction means the semantic relation between one composition and another in a sentence. The position means the position where adjective appear actually or possibly in a sentence. The direction抯 semantic criteria is that two composition must have some common semantic characteristic and its syntactic criteria is that the transformation of æ‚æ•€ position can抰 change the original meaning of the sentence. By means of survey, we find that the differences of æ‚æ•€directions are decided by the contract of syntactic structure and semantic structure. We also find that whether æ‚攃an conform from actual position to possible position or not is decided by the original or temporary properties. The multilateral direction means that æ‚攕emanticly direct several other syntactic compositions simultaneously and its rules are decided by the meaning relation between æ¤P?and æ‚?... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Adverbial, Adjective, Semantics, Direction, Multilateral direction | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
