The social surroundings on morals are both the important content of morality and the real existence in the forming of the morals. I have also put forward the actual measures to beatify the social surroundings on morals. I am expecting that more attention and better social surroundings and good public opinion atmosphere may stimulate and push the socialist morality development in the century.
