Tang, "the Synthesis" Theory

The advocated literary from with a combination of historical narration, lyric expression and argumentation, represents the feature of the unique literary structure of the tales of marvels in the Tang Dynasty. Lastly, Because of the great influence of traditional opinion about the tales, the novelists offer their introspection toward the society, their comment in the tales of marvels in the Tang Dynasty, However, most of them would eventually fall into fatalism due to their personal life experience. This paper just focuses on historical narration, lyric expression and argumentation, to show the tales of marvels in the Tang Dynasty, a world full of innovation and intelligence, and marks the formation of Chinese non-vernacular novel.
