On Moral Quality And Training Of New Professional Women Should Have

Woman is both creator of human life and producer of material goods. However, in the transformation from the traditional pattern of "woman is a master of domestics" to that of "the half-sky", woman in our country doesn't realize the true unity of "female value" and "human value". The modern new professional woman accepts the idea of the requirement of the unity of two kinds of value, but some of them still have dependent action and low-lived mentality due to the puzzle of conflicts between expectation of success of career and gender discrimination, ego realization and indignity, career and life in the process of pursuing the unity of two values. Aiming at this phenomena, the paper expresses an opinion that the modern new professional woman should have the moral quality of self-independence, self-respect and self-possessed, courage of competition and firm mildness, which depend on the elimination of gender discrimination, the expansibility of new woman culture and improvement of cultural quality and self-mentality. Only by these ways can woman achieve the internal unity of dual value of "human" and "of female" , and mitigate the actual contradiction.
