Analysis Of The Establishment Of The Kantian Ethics And Responsibility, Freedom Areas

Kant founded self-discipline ethical philosophy on the basis of having criticized empiricism. Kant especially emphasized reason, which he considered not only decided will directly, but also in favor of people's puzzling over merit and became the premise term of merit. Person, as rational being, is the antecedent of moral low. Farther from this, Kant hold out the proposition that "person is purpose". He thought that person, which was of purpose, assumed free ability which exceeded perceptual world. Free person should take moral obligation on his own behaviors. This article adopts point-side associative analytic method, beginning with concepts to explain three foundation stones, which formed Kantian ethics in detail: good will, categorical imperative and will self-discipline. Then emphatically analyze two kernel categories: liberty and obligation. On this condition, gives out simple thinking about advance and limitation of Kantian ethics. This papers is composed of four chapters, as following:The first chapter mainly expounds the rudimentary ethic problem, basic view points and explains moral from different angles, talks about effect and sense which reason produces on moral, influence which Roussean takes to Kant.The second chapter formulizes in detail the foundation of Kantian ethics. Motive decides the merit of behaviors. The preferential status of practical reason controls the trend of Kantian ethics. Good will, categorical imperative and will self-discipline construct the main contents of Kantian ethics.The third chapter mainly analyzes a couple of categories: liberty and obligation. Obligation subjects to self-discipline, and embodies human' s purposive essence. Liberty is starting point and destination of Kantian ethics. It drives from metempirical liberty, but assumes reality yet. Practicing liberty how to be available is the master key to apprehend Kantian ethics.The last chapter simply values the thought of Kantian ethics. Advance and limitation are both concurrent in Kantian ethics such as rationalism, dignity of personality, supposed God and denied happiness.
