Starting with the methods of the piano teaching in China, this paper analyses the present conditions and existing problems in the field. It puts forward the ways of solving these problems -dialectical teaching method of "score, method and music", also briefly summarizes the historical research situation of it and expounds the possibility and certainty of dialectical relation which are formed by "score, method and music". It also proves the necessity to the research of them.The main body of the essay firstly sets forth the concept of *score, method and music". It poses the scientific means of reading the score withthe new vision, which falls into three administrative levels--reading thescore first from the fixed direction to the plane and then to the three-dimensional, in order to understand clearly the degree of students' grasping works, which forms the strong support to the research of its dialectical relation.Secondly, the article emphatically probes dialectical relation of "score, method and music" in teaching. According to different levels of grasping works, three stages and six pairs of contradiction are taken shape, which are "score and music, score and music-method; method and music, method and score-music; music and method, music and method-score. "Based on the differences of primary and secondary relations of the three stages, three corresponding solutions are raised.The part of practice in this paper presents the specific application of dialectical teaching method of "score, method and music". It points out that the application shows the dynamic equilibrium among the three according to different ages and levels. The development of balance of the three is the qualification to form the ability of playing the piano. Being out of balance is the inherent power of improvement, of which the next-round balance is the symbol and starting point. During this course, the students' ability of playing the piano improves. It is the circulatory law from balance to being out of balance then to balance that should keep in the piano teaching.In the conclusion, the author clarifies the theoretical and practical significance of the teaching method of "score, method and music", as well the particular demands on teachers during the teaching course.
