The Shih Ching (Book of Songs), one of the revered classics, which is classified by its content including Feng (local ballad), Ya (a section in The Book of Songs consisting of dynastic hymns) Song (a section in The Book of Songs consisting of sacrificial songs) is one of significant historical material before Qin Dynasty. The fifteenth Feng is local ballad of fifteen places. Bing feng is ballad in Bing place which includes seven passages which are "CH'I YUEH" "CHI XIAO" "TONG SHAN", "PO FU" "FA KE'Y'JIU YU","LONG BA". "CHM YUEH" (SEVENTH MONTH) reflects slavery life in Zhou Dynasty in which calendar is adopted solar calendar, which testify that the content of the "CH'I YUEH" (SEVENTH MONTH) originated before Zhou Dynasty. "CH'I YUEH" (SEVENTH MONTH) was not written by single person so it must have been formed in the process of its spreading. "CH'I YUEH" (SEVENTH MONTH) is important in its value in terms of its historical material, which demonstrates abundant aspects in social pattern, class relationship and agricultural products and life of the time. "CHI XIAO", a very important historical material, implied a morass in which the Duke of Chou expressed his feeling by a bird's tip. "TONG SHAN", "PO FIT are two poems reflecting the process of conquest of the East by the Duke of Chou. "TONG SHAN" written by a solder joining the war reflected the solder's feeling of homesick after the success of conquest of the east and "PO FU" reflected the solders' feeling of celebrating for the survival after the conquest. "FA KE'Y'JIU YU","LONG BA" are three passages in close relationship with the Duke of Chou which benefits for the study of the Duke of Chou.
