After the Mongolians established the kingdom, the mongolians migrated to the grassland of south Russia and melted into the Islamic world, including both the upper leuel and bottom leuel of Mongolians. However,the tragic result caused by this process was that the disappearance of the religions belief which originated in the Orient. Gradually the Mongolian wish the collapse of the kingdoms, this group of Mongolians vanished secondly the Russia invaded source original Mongolians. The Russians discriminated against the local religion of lama, and given it as the "barbarian" religion. They badgered the local Mongolians to convert to the oxthodox church. The Mongolians who stickted to their own belief revolved to the Russians, a great deal of them moved and others who were still remained in Russian kept wheir national religions . they succeeded to be assimulated by the Russian in refusing .In conclusion, the research on the origins of the Mongolians in Russian and the conflicts between the mongulians in Russian with other religion and culture not only entriches the study on the Mongolia but also has the significant cenfluence on the academic study of the intercourse among peoples in the middle ages and the modem world. This paper is divided mainly into three parts.In the INTRODUCTION part, the reason of choosing this topic is introduced briefly. Also, a literature review concerning the detailed materials at home and abroad have been done in addition to the author's comment towards this field.Three chapters consist of the MAIN BODY part of this paper:Chapter One gives an introduction to the origin of the Mongolian nationality in the Russian territory.Chapter Two talks about the clashes between the Mongolians within Russia and the foreign religious culture during 13th and 14th century (the Mongol-Yuan Period), especially the conflicts in the southern Russianprairie between the JinZhang Khan and other religions after the westward military movement.Chapter Three is about the conflicts between some Mongolian tribes and the Orthodox Eastern Church after the 17th century and the reasons that some tribes believe in Tibetan Buddhism.Based on the researches about the conflicts between the Mongolians and foreign religious cultures and their evolvement process, in the CONCLUSION part, a generalizing conclusion is made on their historical influences.
