Human being is the main body in the society economy activity. Socialism market economy is constructed aed operated by human being. Socialism market economy requires internally the human being's all-around development, and create the conditions for it. If human being want to gain the all-around development, she must participate the construct of socialism market economy and improve herself in the building. The aim of the development of socialism market economy is for human being's all-around development, which is the outstanding difference between the socialism market economy and the socialism planned economy, especially the capital market economy. And which is also stands for the aim and direction of the development of socialism market economy. In the beginning, this dissertation justifies that human being's all-around development is the interior demand of the construct of socialism market economy. Furthermore, the dissertation discusses the positive and passive influence on the human being that socialism market economy has. In the last, the dissertation attaches much importance to analyzing the national qualities cultivated that socialism market economy require, and giving a series of suggestions and measures to foster the qualities.This dissertation can be divided into four parts:Part one discusses that human being's all-around development is the interior demand of socialism market economy.Part two discusses that socialism market economy has a positive and negative influence on human being's all-around development.Part three discusses that what national qualities socialism market economy require to be cultivated.Part four discusses the specific measures that foster the national qualities.
