The circumstance what the author's family background, his experience and the collected works were introduced in the first section. The family history of commerce was introduced in the second section. The literature value of the collected works was recommend in the third part and the fourth part. They were most important sections in the thesis.Fang Cheng xun named his collected works < Recall Ancient literature >. He wrote many works what imitated ancient models. These works are ordinary. But there were splendid poetic prose in the collected works. First he suggested the sight of Hui Zhou. Second he suggested some interested folk custom in his homeland. In the end, he let us know the traveling businessman of Ming dynasty.It's not our purpose to research the author and the collected works. In fact, there were a lot of scholars among the people in that age. They were different with literary and refined scholars. We can research more poetic prose in history of literature.
