The first chapter carries on explanation from the aspect of theme, focuses on historical comparison and contrast of her works of different eras, and thus outlines the development of her themes. Her thematic development from birth, to breakthrough, to retuning and finally to perseverance reflects of the writer's distinct sense of being, close examining and deep touching of life states. Chapter 2 centres around the spiritual contents of her works. It penetrates through the skin to their core, that is, the tragic sense. Her works take the most ordinary people as characters. Unexpectable elements befall on these people, change their fate considerably. The helplessness of being fooled by destiny overshadows most of her works, leaving readers sign in vain. Then, her portrayal of characters bears a tinge of rootlessness, unsteadiness loneliness, filling the works with deep pensive mood. And finally, she exposes the ugliness of man from this covering of brilliance. Man dares not face his true being. What he shows and sees of himself tends to be his bright side. But his ugly side steels out, which gives himself a deadly blow. Although Wang realizes the tragic sense of being, she doesn't give up. On the contrary, she seeks to save man from the life tragedy. On the one hand, she tries to help struggling common people with the religions "Philosophy of Love ".On the other, she searches for the meaning of being from the merits of daily life. Chapter 3 explores the form of literature in her works, namely, "abstraction" of language, subjectivization of narration and logicality of the story. Thus, this chapter makes clear Wang's fruitful efforts on perfecting polishing her fictional form to meet the needs of the theme and spiritual contents.
