In the plural situation of culture, the subsistence status of literature is becoming pessimistic. The key to explain the question of literary destiny is the theory on literary value. The question of literary destiny substantially is re-thinking about the unique value of literature. The idea of literary value has a closely correlation with the ontological idea of literature and the renovation of the latter will drive the change of the idea of literary value. What is literature and what is the unique value of literature? The resolution of these questions predicate the rational foundation of literature.In our country, the study on the theory of literary value have got great achievement from the "New Epoch" but there is some mistake in this research . It is the most mistake that the mode of subject-object, one of modes of axiology in philosophy, is looked as the theoretical foundation of literary value. This idea of literary value insists on metaphysics and it neglects the particularity of the researchful object of literacy axiology, looking societal life and production as pure objects, looking literary value as an natural property. After briefly trace to the source of west axiology, we can educe the conclusion that the research about literary value could not be progressed not only in classical metaphysics but also in latter-day objectism dualism epistemology.The theory of intersubjectivity, the important production reacquainted traditional metaphysics, provide a chance for us to reunderstand literature and literary value. In the view of intersubjectivity, the idea of literature turn into a dialogic theory. Literature is a dialogic communion that people recur to lingual texts to maintain, and in this communion the inter-understanding between people is realized and then understand themselves by understanding others. In this ideal condition, literary value is an abstract category that indicate the richness of communion and understand between subjects which take place in literary action. The acceptance of literature should be the emphasis of the research about literary value.Literary value is composed of manifold conformations and the cognitive value, the morality value and the aesthetics value are the mostly conformation of literary value. The cognitive value is the exposure to the especial inborn manner of knowledge in literature. The embodiment of the morality value of literature is that: in the literary action, the moral content lead to communion about moral topic which tack place between subjects and the result of this communion will update the individual ideal of morality of readers and then maybe influence the maeroscopical moral ethos in society. In the view of intersubjectivity, the literary beauty is not a sort of entitative ontological property but a subjective recognizant state that is free, self-understand and re-thinking, and this state is realized in the communal course consisting in inter-inspire between literary text and reader. Reader's experience to this state is aesthetic judgement and the aesthetics value is the probability that is prefigured by literary essence which can provide reader with this experience.Literary particular value will display strong individuality in maeroscopical culture entironment.
