As one part of human activities in social life ,moral choice can clearly reflect the moral character of a person .In a society where people hold different opinions toward value and morality ,we think that to understand what is correct moral choice and what is moral responsibility is very important to the progress of the progress of society and individual moral improvement .Moral choice can be a sort of moral activity carried out by people to choose and decide between the good and the evil .Premises of moral choice come into being in the social practice of human beings , while social practice provides the subjective and objective preconditions of moral ,and this choice is the unity of freedom and necessity .From social and individual moral subjects , this article reflects on the lessons and insufficiency in moral realization in our country , approaches to the choice tropism of value and way of acting in moral realization and further indicates the basic trend of moral realization in our country . The purpose is to seek the favorable state of moral realization .In the process or modern social changes, social rewards and punishments make functions as the guidance for people's moral choices. Social rewards and punishments take effect on people's moral choices by some social mental systems and the "lever" of profits. It's difficult to make decisions in moral choices because we are often in oral dilemmas. The dilemmas as have four forms. The measures social rewards and punishments lead people's moral choices are not only direct, and "hard restrictions" but also indirect, and "soft restrictions". The "soft restrictions: include public opinions, social customs and regulations. The guidance functions have both positive and negative influence. The direction of social rewards and punishments that conform to or go astray the moral value the times' need will result in two different guidance functions.
