In the field of Epistemology, this paper resurveyed the newly developed constructivism thoughts in the current academia at the standpoint of Cybernetics. The constructivism thought of Cybernetics could tract back to the early organizer Wiener and Ashby. In the 1970's, Valentin Turchin and William Powers established two great cybernetic meta-theories named Perceptual Control Theory and Metasystem Transition Theory respectively, whose Constructivism Epistemology had more obvious characters such as special hierarchy, purpose and feedback conception that also enriched the content and argument of Constructivism. Constructivism is known as the attention of subjective initiative but has the defect of denying the objectivity of knowledge for over-exaggerating the main body. This paper denied the project that constructivist cancelled the objective truth and tried to introduce Evolutionary Epistemology of Cybernetics to solve this problem. Because putting forward the understanding is constructive and construction is evolutionary and evolution makes knowledge and its mechanism adapt the realistic world in practice, evolutionary epistemology of control theory is the good supplement to Constructivism Epistemology and also a good development. It eliminates some deep ends faced with constructivist. This paper has three parts. The first part introduced the Constructivism Epistemology in brief. Then the second part refined and abstracted the characters of Constructivism Epistemology of Cybernetics, especially the modern Cybernetics. Finally, the third part applied the Constructivism Epistemology into resolving some deep ends faced with constructivists and illustrated the knowledge objectivity on the basis of evolution, choice and adaptation.
