Gender Perspective In The Literary And Historical Use Of Research (1995 ~ 2004)

This paper is made of four parts: three chapters, an appendix. It aims tomake a research on Historical Literacy Text from the perspective of genderanalysis.Chapter One: Elementary Introduction of research on Historical LiteracyText from the perspective of gender analysis:This chapter gives a brief account of the achievements in the research onHistorical Literacy Text from the perspective of gender analysis. And it also givesthe research focal significance of this paper from 1995 to 2004.Chapter Two: Classifying the production of research on Historical LiteracyText from the perspective of gender analysis (1995 2004):By classifying the research production into four species: PhilologyResearch, including reviewing Ancient Female Writers'life; textual research oftheir literatures; emendating Ancient Female Writers'production; andexplaining their literatures in different ways. The Gender Theorybrings new suggestion to the research on Historical Literacy Text from theperspective of gender analysis: Androgyny and Culture Antetype Research.Chapter Three: Kinds of hotspots in research on Historical Literacy Textfrom the perspective of gender analysis:To summarize six points in research on Historical Literacy Text from theperspective of gender analysis by comparison: So many theses which named of"gender"partly or on a gender subject have appeared; The scope of researchobjects has expanded; Research methods have to be more profound andbecome cross-discipline; The exercise of ancient documents has becomediversification; Achievements have been to be systematization, theorizationand specialization; History of feminine literature is going through a transition torefining and disaggregation. There have three hotspots we can discuss onresearch achievements: the style of Female Writers'literature; the significanceof ancient documents; and ascertaining the essence of gender conception fromfemales in ancient literatures. By using Gender Theory, we can discover morenew topics that cannot find by using traditional methods.The purpose of using gender analysis to analyze Male and Female on socialstatus, social value, gender conception etc, is to acknowledge the difference ofsex, and building of a harmonious and unifying society, in search of freedom ofpersonal growth, and not restraining Male or Female in a certain role.
