The production of Maozedong's united front theory had both national conflicts in the background of internation and class conflicts in the background of chinese history. In the background of internation, the advanced productivity in the west and the dilatation of imperialism had a great impact on lagging productivity in the Old society of China .The dilatation of imperialistic economy and politics plusing with the conflict of feudal economy and politics in the Old society of China, became the national conflict between chinese and imperialism. National conflict and class conflict in the Old society of China connected with each other, constituted a discord conflicted world. Based on the above rational observations, Mao brought forward a judgement:"A regime comes from guns.", and discussed the necessarity of building a united front. Conflict lied in not only nation, class, estate, interest group but also among them. Mao analyzed them in detail and pointed out the object of revolution was not a piece of iron but a interstitial one within the iron, so as to demonstrate the feasibility of building a united front. How could we take a united front from feasibility to realism? Mao realized interest was of great vail. During the theory and practice of the united front, he emphasized constantly the importance of interest among union. He made use of the balance of interest(including economic interest, political democracy and the right of freedom)to be an emplastic between different class, estate and interest group, emphasized intergration different class and estate force by balancing interest. After Practice and Contradiction were published, Mao's united front theory came into maturity gradually. He began to use his philosphic thinking to guide the theory and practice of united front independent. the theory and practice of united front embodied Mao's philosophic thinking fully. Today in the world and China ,all kinds of conflicts still exist. As a theory of slowing conflicts, united front is of great significance for building a harmonious environment at home and abroad.
