Under The United Front Organization Of The Communist Party Of China Development And Public Campaign

After Xi'an Incident, the CPC-KMT relations entered a new stage of development, step by step toward peace, toward a common Japanese way. In the region of KMT-CCP united front, the CPC's organizational development and mass movement on behalf of its activities become an important area of research. In this paper, Shaanxi Province, focusing on the Xi'an Incident in the fifth to the Fifth Plenary Session of the KMT in early 1939 during this period the development of the Chinese Communist Party organizations and mass movements. Shaanxi, because it is in the adjacent area to Ningxia Border Region,and it is tight against the Kuomintang areas, while the Chinese Communists want to infiltrate the area, so visiting this place can be better to see the trajectory of development during this period the Chinese Communists. This article describes three stages, beginning with "double second" to "July" incident of this period, the KMT-CPC cooperation being negotiated with the embryonic stage, but peace has become a trend, in which case the CPC recovered and developed the organization of old revolutionary base areas, and in the regions of the Red Army stationed carried out massive mass movement. After the war broke out to a comprehensive, the KMT-CPC cooperation has become, under the name of the united front,the Chinese Communist Party expanded their organizations, using the Kuomintang's legal mass-oppesing the enemy back-up, launched a mass movement. However, due to the impact of closed-door and White Terror, the development on a number of organizations are not satisfactory. So to the April 1938,Communist Party issued a call to a lot of development, the Chinese Communist Party entered a period of rapid development, and the critical situation in Shaanxi Province, also made a mass movement around the massive river. But in early 1939 after the Kuomintang held in the Fifth of the Fifth Plenary Session, the CPC's development of organizations and mass movement have entered a period which compared with the pre-war it is rather a relative downturn. By the inspection of the 1937-1939 Chinese Communist Party Development and the mass movement, realized under the Against of the KMT the Shaanxi-Beijing forces have to be restricted, and the United Front has made major environmental constraints of the CPC for the KMT to compromise. In this case, the CPC whether it is organizational development or a mass movement, will not form large momentum.
