With the entering of human society into the era of knowledge economy, the decisive factor pushing forward the social and economic development is no longer material capital. Of all the elements of productivity, human capital that plays a more and more important role becomes the key factor. So far, academic researches on the essence of human capital have been laying stress on analysis of individual's physical power and intelligence without paying enough attention to the moral factors. In fact, the conclusion of human capital containing moral factors could find its origin from the founders of the theory of human capital."Of all the investments the most important are those in health condition, training programmed and intellectual improvement of labors." stated some economists of the West Country. T.W.Schultz, the founder of the human capital theory, also pointed out recently, "Human capital comprises human ethical aspect, which is a system of moral principles of practical conduct. With the full awareness of responsibility, the attitude of credibility and the spirit of teamwork, ethic has the power to turn one's potential into practical capability. Moreover, these ethic factors could bring into full play the individual's activity. " Some scholars of our country not only have noticed that the lack of attention to human traits has resulted in incompletion of the theory but also the theory has broad developing prospect. In the meanwhile some scholars proposed the concept of morality capital of human.Morality capital of human, forming under certain social background, is a system of behavior conduct, values and practical spirit. The system obtains value in the process of adjusting the behavior of individuals of human capital. This article covers the concept of morality capital of human, basic elements and features making analysis of realization of value of human capital and revealing the approaches of accumulating and nurturing human capital.The article consists of four sections, with the fist part discussing the forming of morality capital of human. The second part proposed the basic concept of human capital analyzing the basic elements and special property. The basic elements include: commitment, cooperation, credibility and contribution, the special properties are: attachment, societal, changeable, flexibility, initiative, cooperation and plus external. In part three, the article mainly discussed how to bring morality capital of human into full play, to inspire initiative and to enhance the organization unity and making social and economic profit. Approaches to accumulating and nurturing morality capital of human were deeply discussed in the fourth part. The points of accumulating and nurturing morality capital of human are comprehensive moral education, the establishment of morality capital of human motivating system. Rewarding to moral behavior, the most important one being the internalization of morality of individuals and improvement of their level of morality.
