As everyone knows , invaded China, opened the gate of the Chinese customs at first since modern times, it is a kingdom of Great Britain to destroy the Chinese tariff sovereignty, but the one that destroyed Chinese tariff autonomy consequence is serious, the far-reaching and speech influenced , U.S.A. stands in the breach, and utilize " sharing equal profit" and principle " in order to shine just and sound ", have destroyed the tariff autonomy of China seriously. Through the Opium War (1840-1842) two times, by the sixties of the 19th century, big powers totally seized the tariff sovereignty of China, thus produced serious destruction to China in such fields as the politics , economy , foreign trade , ideology and culture ,etc., make it become the semi-colonial and semi-feudal society under one's control gradually.'Entering the 20th century, the Chinese nationality awakenned, the voice of demanding to abolish all unequal treaties was running high constantly, among them abolish the agreement tariff as standing in the breach. So, all previous governments and the people of China carried on untiring efforts in order to recover the tariff privilege to offering the American kingdom in 1919-1928, signed " the treaty which put the relation of the tariff of China and the United States in order " on July 25 ,1928 at last, might and called " the progress of century "!During the process of recovering autonomy of tariffs in China, U.S.A. has stretched out the olive branch to China, become the first " agree " China exercise country , tariff of autonomy , but hard tariff for more than 10 years negotiate behind " agree " this "! Still more with the other countries! So, can find out, the difficulty that what modern China is in order to recover tariff autonomy !...
