Applied Research. "health Industrial Design" Concept In An Office Environment

Irrationality of product design often results in occurrence of all kinds of problems, which is harmful to people's health; or at worst, the better may feel some uncomforted in his body while the worse would give rise to some physical or mental illness. In view of this, the idea of "Health Industry Design"provides specific ways, which aim to keep people's health. This paper puts forward the significance of "Health industry design"through researching problems in current design, and presents the outline of it according to compare it with the related fields. Also this paper introduces the idea into office environment study and combines with its design patterns to illustrate its directive significance in specific design projects. The idea of "Health Industry Design"not only can be used into product design, but also into other fields of design because of the wide range of its application. Since only a few people know this idea at present, the purpose of this paper is to inform more and more people with the idea, to encourage more and more designers to apply it into their projects, and moreover, to create a better working and living condition, which benefits people's physical and mental health.
