Research On Service Design Of Public Health Security System In Colleges And Universities

Since the 21 st century,public health emergencies are increasing day by day,strongly impacting the public.For example,the SARS epidemic in 2003,the A/H1N1 influenza in2009,the H7N9 avian influenza in 2013,the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic in 2019,the A/H1N1 influenza and Norovirus in 2023 have brought great challenges to mankind.Proposed in the report of the 20 th National Congress put forward that we should improve the early detection ability of major epidemics,We should do a good job in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,and do a good job in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.When public health emergencies occur,colleges and universities,as venues for high-density crowd activities,will inevitably become an important unit of public health prevention and control.However,the open and interactive nature of college campuses makes it an inevitable contradiction with the need for isolated space for public health prevention and control.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore measures to reduce the spread of campus viruses and maintain the possibility of campus stability through service design.Under the guidance of service design theory,this project takes user needs and user experience as its starting point,this topic selects the public health and safety system on campus,which is currently an urgent issue in China’s university campus public service design system,as the main research object to conduct research on innovative campus public service design.The focus of this topic is: At first,it is the basic theory of service design,and on this basis,it sorts out the basic theories of university health security system and service system.And second,Research and analyze service processes and stakeholders through literature review,on-site observation on campus,and user research.Summarize the basic characteristics of key people,establish user profiles,analyze and accurately refine user journey maps and design possibilities,seek user needs and design opportunities,and then propose service strategies.Form a functional mapping of design requirements and build a product information architecture.Finally,the framework of campus public health and safety service system will be constructed with service strategy as the guidance and key service contacts as the core.Intellectualize behavior trajectory data monitoring and output specific design practices for campus public health and safety systems.Through the research on this topic,the author explores the feasibility of combining campus public health safety prevention and control with service design,taking public health emergencies as a breakthrough point,and is committed to building a public health prevention and control service experience oriented construction in universities.The author hopes to create a safe and healthy learning and living environment for college students,to provide new ideas and methods for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of universities and maintaining the harmony between universities and society.
