International Law With The Late Qing Dynasty Chinese Diplomacy

International law, refer to the law between the countries mainly, it forms in international association, is a behavioural norm of adjusting national interreaction , including such as the principle with engagement, regular and system. In view of past research related to Li Hongzhang and international law of historiography circle being more weak, my paper studies the case that Li Hongzhang used international law in diplomacy emphatically except the introduction state in international law of late Qing of exposition, function in the diplomacy in late Qing of international law that and then prove .My paper includes five parts altogether:First part : Introduction state in international law of late Qing of introduction. Explain briefly that international law , Chinese early contact , " Elements of International law" are introduced to the development of China and thereafter international law.Second part : Li Hongzhang uses the case study of international law (Part One). Li Hongzhang uses international law to negotiate with foreign country in two incidents that the teaching notes and Peruvian Chinese worker carry on negotiations in Tianjin, the possible national benefit of maintenance and Chinese workers' interests.The third part : Li Hongzhang uses case study (Part Two) of international law.
