During the period of anti-Japanese war, there appeared numerous traitors in the areas which were occupied by the Japanese army because of the policy " dominion china by term of Chinese", and complex background of political, economic, social, and culture. Some of the traitors held office in the pseudo authority, while some of them served the Japanese directly, who acted as the tool of the invasion. In regard of the position, these traitors could be divided into two kinds: the superiority such as Wang Jingwei, Zhou Fohai and Chen Gongbo, etc, while the inferiority who just assumed the office the base. After the victory of the war, most of the notorious superiorities were punished severely. However, with the question that how the inferiorities were dealt with and what their fates were. Here, the text will give an answer through introducing the process of Kuomintang's punishing the traitors in Hebei senior court at the same time also discuss the overall situation, then in order to have an analysis about the gain and loss of their work.The foreword will focus on the origin and the significance of the research, the review of the related research achievement and the research method and the restriction about the text, etc.The body part is divided into seven parts. The first part describes the background of Kuomintang's work of punishing the traitors. While the second to the seventh just respectively presents the issue and interpretation about the law of punishing the traitors, the inform against the traitors, listing them as wanted and taking them into custody, the indict and sue about them and the dealing with their properties, and the examination about Kuomintang's punishing the traitors.The conclusion part just make a summary about the Kuomintang's punishing the traitors which based the foundation of the whole text.
