Guodian Laozi.to the study history of Laozi , to the learning history of zhu zil Before Qin dynasty, to the Chu writing research,all has the important value to the ancient history research.The viewpoint about the age of Guodian grave has six kinds of explanations , may divide into two kinds of understanding about the status of grave master.The achievement of research and explication which carries on the textual of Guodian Laozi's writing can be divided into five aspects, but the present research of this aspect also has the insufficiency :Firstly, the research on how it writes is inaccurate , Secondly intentionally do the research of sound study.Before we do the thought culture research to the Guodian Laozi, we proposed the operating procedure to carry on "the literature study".So-called Guodian Laozi.'s formation age including three levels connotations.Guo dian "Father" literature constitution including two aspects: The matter forms constitution and text content constitution.The relationship between Guodian Laozi'edition and other editions of Laozi, may defer into three big kinds :"edits chooses" model, "the origin" model, and "the parallel text" model .This article summarized the question about Guo dian Laozi and Laozi "Tao" and "You", " Wu", with the question of Laozi's Ethics morality , the question about Laozi methodology question, with Laozi's esthetics ideological problem, with question to the learning history of zhu zil Before Qin dynasty, the studies on Guodian Laozi from other aspects.The article mainly has five innovative points. Firstly, it systematically and comprehensively summarizes all present studies about Guodian Laozi. Before this article, many scholars had done some summarization research on Guodian Laozi, however, all only was carried on the summary on the partial research, not the omni-directional review. Secondly, it proposes the concept of Guodian Laozi"literature study research"and has carried on the concrete elaboration, this manifests that has attempted to break through the limitation of existing literature study research and Jan Bo studies. Thirdly, it excavates the thinking significance which contained in the writing exegesis research on Guodian Laozi, shows the endeavor which organically unified fully the textual criticism and righteousness principle. Fourthly, it has carried on the discussion on studying Chu characters from the sound study angle. Fifthly, it has made the system summary on the explanations of words"great talent matures slowly"in ancient books question, further proven the text"great talent matures slowly"in Laozi must explained as"the great talent has not become", thus is advantageous to the understanding of Laozi esthetics thought.
