According as Marxian thought that human are generic existence, it is inevitable that all kinds of intercourse and intersubjective relation are come into being between generic human, and the intercourse always coexist with human existence and evolution. Johann Gottlieb Fichte, as the eximious representative figure of German classical philosophy, advocated Kant's standpoint that practical nous has precedence over theoretical nous in his ethical thought. Through absolute self practical deduction, Fichte self-reflected intercourse relation dialectically. As the development of kant' philosophy, Fichte's philosophy reacted on the forming and development of following philosophy, Hegle, Marx and modern intercourse theory. Contemporary Habermas animadverted on capitalist society, based upon social history. This made sense in theory and in reality to researches of materialistic history and rational society.Through comprehending and comparing the both theories, I want to open out the contact between Fichte's ethnics and Habermas' intercourse theory and set out that Habermas' philosophy exceeded Fichte's and German classical philosophy. Consequently, all kinds of problems about globalization for example the multi-cultural communication and moral crisis, will be viewed under more wide eyeshot. So that, we can deepen rational intercourse theory, supply material and reveal for the modern intercourse theory.
