Charitable And Shanghai Society

In the period of the end of Qing Dynasty and the beginning of Repubilc,the whole Chinese society located at the big extension time. Under the social reality that full of contradictorys ,the old social conformity way urgently awaits to improve. There were lots of kidnapping cases in Shanghai society and the kidnapps brought serious harm to the society's normal development. But because that official government strength was too small and weak, the folk strength was badly needded to strenthen the society.The Anti-kidnapping society as a chariy organizationg,founded by travailing Shanghai fellows,mainly did something to help the women and children whom was kidnapped. In other words, the Anti-kidnapping society was the result of the Social transfer and Conformity.In the initial period of the Anti-kidnapping society ,it imitated other social group's organization form and its internal organization form took the division of labor and cooperation system under the trustee committee .latter along with the mass organization's developments ,it also turned to committee system. The Anti-kidnapping society practiced the new style chariy idea and the new management system, and practiced the democracy way in the management and strict system in its management pattern. As the folk charitable organization it belonged to the non-physical production department ,it did not have fixed economical income.Though the shortage of money puzzling the expend of the measures that the Anti-kidnapping society helped the kidnapped women and children ,it also tried its best to help the poor fellow.
