From the history, different nationalities and countries have different forms of revelry activities. In the west, this tradition is reflected by the Bacchus worship, the Bacchus festival afterwards formed and the Carnival which is went down until now. In fact, no matter how different "revelry" looks like, they have a similar structure, namely human nature structure. Human's born biological attribute caused the need to divulge. When human's biological attribute was unable to be satisfied, or because of the constrainer caused by culture, the need to divulge would be induced. The primitive humanity divulged through different kinds of ceremony, dance, etc. In fact, the revelry is a special social cultural phenomenon. No matter under what kind of culture and social condition, it could find the grow soil. Especially to the people whose life is so monotonous or constrains, this need to divulge is more obvious.Nevertheless, within Han national culture, which holds biggest proportion in China, there is no integrity'revelry festival'or'revelry system'. Although some scholars consider the Festival of Lanterns to be'Chinese Revelry', this kind of theory is not broadly accepted and still wait for the discussion. But Mr. Zhao Shiyu, after his thorough research of Ming and Qing Dynasties' temple fair, thought'that spirit which is similar to the worldwide revelry activity does exist in China's folk custom.'Only is our country's revelry spirit often connected with some key words, such like'restraint','rank','order'. It is a kind of simple existence.As a kind of life culture, the appearance and development of folk custom culture have certain social function. The visible and the invisible folk custom contain richly and complex connotation and actual function, such as weddings and funerals, the daily life diet, the clothing dress up, the year old season command, recreational athletics, the folk craft and so on. The Chinese folk custom culture provides many ways to catharsis emotion and exert nature for the Chinese, who is famous for their sense and self-control, by the rationality which was famous to many has divulged the emotion, displays this my way.In the modern society, tradition folk custom phenomenon with divulging character is not common.
