The interlanguage theory is the second language acquisition is appropriate one of extremely important theories. It described the process which two languages acquisition results in on the basis of the cognitive psychology theory. The interlanguage (also by translated work transition language, intermediate language and so on), it refers to learners in a single time point in the language created by the system, learners can also refer to the whole learning process in a series of interrelated language system.This paper in the first chapter has carried on the elaboration on the interlanguage concept, the research present situation, the development background and the elementary theory. The second chapter is detailed separately on the theory generalization, the definition, the historical background, the domestic and foreign languages transfer condition, the language transfer origin, the language transfer stage and the type.
