The interlanguage theory is the second language acquisition is appropriate one of extremely important theories. It described the process which two languages acquisition results in on the basis of the cognitive psychology theory. The interlanguage (also by translated work transition language, intermediate language and so on), it refers to learners in a single time point in the language created by the system, learners can also refer to the whole learning process in a series of interrelated language system.This paper in the first chapter has carried on the elaboration on the interlanguage concept, the research present situation, the development background and the elementary theory. The second chapter is detailed separately on the theory generalization, the definition, the historical background, the domestic and foreign languages transfer condition, the language transfer origin, the language transfer stage and the type. In last chapter, the author discovers the difference and similarity among Chinese, English, French in the language history origin, the pronunciation, the glossary, the grammar as well as the cultural context and people's thinking mode through the contrastive analysis.In the contrastive process of Chinese and English , English and French , Chinese and French , we discover not only the first language interfering in the second language, moreover the Chinese-English interlanguage interfering in the third language (French) on the pronunciation, the glossary, the grammar and the cultural context.
