Thirdly, it points out the commercial criticism and media have joined up to forestall the critical circles, and show the reason why the commercial criticism becomes the important gist of the evaluation of the price of paintings.The second part shows how the art exhibition influences the price of paintings in Chinese art market. Begins with the "national art exhibition", it analyze the influence of the official art exhibition on the prices. And then are the academic's influence on it, in relations to the "review exhibition", "famous exhibition", and the "nomination exhibition". At last it analyzes the commercial exhibition's influence on the prices with the examples of "double-year exhibition", "vendue exhibition", as well as the "gallery exhibition".Because of the close relationships between the artistic comment and the art exhibition as well as the art critics, I also have the opinion that the critic's comment is also an important factor of the formation of the price of the paintings in the art market. To some degree, the art critics is the intercessor of the painting's value, and through some they can affect the collector's aesthetic conception and collection, which can affect the painting's market value in a direct or indirect way. We can even make a judgment that the artistic comment and the art exhibition restrict the evaluation of the painting, and they are also the important conditions which make the painting enter the market and accepted by the collectors.
