Hai painters group, lived in ShangHai, broken the silence of painting circle and created the unique painting style suitable for the era background courageously.The artistic entitled WuChangShuo's Creative Painting Art, based on the research achievements of predecessors, applied numerous historical documents, calligraphy and painting works and reviews synthetically, makes a systematic description on WuChangShuo's life, the road of drawing and artistic achievements. Furthermore, the writer pays an emphasis on the innovations in WuChangShuo's painting art. The whole thesis contains four parts:In the first part, era background and experiences in his whole life were introduced. The earthshaking times he lived in, WuChangShuo's whole life was full of hardships. In his early times, he experienced the misery of war. In his 55 old years, his particular painting style was matured. At this stage, the style of writing, the structure and inscription of picture are totally suitable for the whole works. In his sixties, he set prices for his painting works to sell, in other words, he had his own position in the drawing circle. After his 70's age, his painting works were in the perfection with the poetry, writing, painting and seal together, he opened a new road for himself and reached the peak of his painting artistic achievements.In the third part, artistic achievements were given. The road of WuChangShuo's drawing art was totally different from the one of traditional painters. The first kind of art he studied was seal cutting and his stamp is of daring style. Also, he had great accomplishments in his writing. His calligraphy is of unstrained quality. Besides seal cutting and writing, he was a famous poet. His poetry is full of pictorial flavor. Only after he mastered in the seal cutting, calligraphy and poetry was he engaged in his drawing. He applied his experience in seal cutting andwriting into his drawing, which makes his paining works with poetry, calligraphy, stamp together. His drawing which learned at his later age makes him a prominent painter.In the fourth part, innovations in his painting art were described. His early painting works absorbed many predecessors' advantages and the painting style was deeply impacted by many outstanding painters such as XuWei, BaDaShanRen, ShiTao, ZhaoZhiQian, RenBoNian and so on. But WuChangShuo wasn't satisfied with these imitations, he created his own unique painting style assiduously.
