Social Performance Of The Television Drama In The Trial Scene And The Agent (attorney) Analysis

The article focuses on the agents and scenes of judicial trial to study social performance of agents under such circumstances, applying theoritical framework of social performance, and bridging areas of laws and drama as well .It deems judicial trial as a typical and dramatical scene; analyses large amounts of segements of movies, teleplays with scenes of judicial trial; compares behaviors of agents in works of movies, teleplays and daily lives; collets and analyses enquiry forms from legal pratitioners; referring to the legal education in law schools; and connects the process and trend of justice reform.It also tends to study the professional character and working process of agents; regulates and promotes behavior of agents in the judicial trial relying on the mode identification of social performance.Based on aforesaid, the article broadens the meaning of "textbook" of movies & telepalys towards agents, moreover, it raises a constructive suggestion: combining the functions of view and imitation of segements of movies & teleplays, to produce a new training model which could make performance skills training, including voice, body, lines and professional legal capability training compatible.
