Analysis Of Five College Music Education In Shanxi Province And Thinking

Based on documents such as 《A general programming on art school education throughout the nation 》 , 《Views on popularizing art education in ordinary colleges and universities》 etc. promulgated by the art education department in committee of education, this paper focused on the research of five typical ordinary universities in Shanxi province. A questionnaire was made about views and administrative situation in the course of college music education; teacher's present conditions; student's attitude and demand about music education. understanding on the purpose of music education was strengthened; both the development of the classroom teaching and the campus culture were emphasized; a distinctive educational pattern is formed on the basis of universities' personal features; hypothesis and suggestion were about the interlearning among teachers, giving prominence to student' status, developing distinctively and better representing its unique value in cultivating students' comprehensive quality. Thus, objective materials and available suggestions were looking forward to a development of music education in universities of Shanxi province.
